Jesse, how should I start you sweet little boy. I have told your mom how much I care for you and your little sister. Between us you have taken a little piece of my heart. Right now you're only five years old but some times you make laugh because I tend see a little old man. You have this movement you do with your head and lift your shoulders at the same time. You then let go of this smirk that just makes me see how sweet you are. It can almost make you get a bag of marsh mellows. Ha ha ha. That is exactly what happen this after noon. As much as you can make me smile you can also make me ache that's due to me feeling how at times others like adults or children don't get you. To others they may see a child that is just being annoying when in fact they don't take the time to listen to what you are trying to say. Jesse, I hope you never let yourself become inverted because you are a very bright boy and deserve to be heard. Never let others put you down or use you as a door mat. You little one are far from that. Be assertive and always be determine in this world there is no room for quiters. So remember what your titi Sheress is going to tell you, "NEVER EVER QUIT and ALWAYS BE YOU". One more thing sweetie your mommy loves you and will always be by your side.

Geez, tear rolling down my face. I have never heard anything "talk" to my son like that. It is what I am thinking and what I am trying to do for him (not letting him quit or become introverted like I was). You are right, I don't think anyone really tries to listen to Jesse. He has a lot going on in his little head and it will take the patience and concern of others to try to pull it out and make sure he stays focused on the here and now. As a child I would get lost in my own thoughts too and suffered greatly for it. I think keeping him around positive people who are sensitive to his special situation and take the time to talk to him they will find he has a whole lot to say if they take the time to listen.
